從目前超聲波業(yè)界的情況看，超音波重要分為自激式和它激式開(kāi)關(guān)電源;超音波開(kāi)關(guān)電源的運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵是要根據(jù)超聲波超聲波換能器功率的規(guī)格、頻率的高低、容積去匹配就可以。功率較小的可以運(yùn)用自激式，功率非常大的建議運(yùn)用它激式。

1、超聲波清洗機(jī)的運(yùn)用開(kāi)關(guān)電源(230V)用三芯電源插頭(火線零線、接地線、電線接頭)。

2、干燥槽必不可少加上清潔液或水。清潔液或水的液位儀不能低于槽高度的三分之一。時(shí)，請(qǐng)根據(jù)不一樣的要求，再加洗潔劑劑，提高效率高，所有洗潔劑劑必不可少符合不腐蝕清洗設(shè)備軸桿、機(jī)體的要求。

2. Remove the drying tank and add cleaning solution or water. The level gauge of cleaning liquid or water shall not be lower than one third of the height of cleaning tank. 3、將被化合物放入金屬材料框中，根據(jù)物的積垢水準(zhǔn)，設(shè)定時(shí)間，一般3-12分鐘，十分難的化合物，可適當(dāng)提升時(shí)間。(嚴(yán)禁把被化合物馬上放進(jìn)槽底運(yùn)用)。

4、將超聲波清洗機(jī)的插頭電源線加上230V的三芯電源線插頭，開(kāi)啟電源開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)定好超聲波工作時(shí)間，按“啟動(dòng)/停止”鍵一開(kāi)始工作上，這時(shí)候液位儀呈現(xiàn)蛛網(wǎng)狀波動(dòng)，且隨著振響，表述清洗設(shè)備已進(jìn)入工作責(zé)任心。

4.
