 超聲波清洗機
超聲波清洗機主要由超聲波換能器、清洗槽和箱體三大部份構(gòu)成。

1、超聲波換能器:由電源變壓器及整流系統(tǒng)、振蕩器、推動劑、動率放大器及輸出變壓器等組成,它能將電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機械能,換能器將高頻電能轉(zhuǎn)換成機械能之后,會產(chǎn)生振幅極小的高頻振動并傳播到清洗槽中。通過機械能的作用將清洗物件的污物,使被清洗的物件煥然一新。

2、清洗槽:一般是由不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作而成,因為不銹鋼材質(zhì)的耐腐蝕能力強,能夠保證清洗槽長時間使用,清洗槽上還可以安裝加熱及控溫裝置,用于控制清洗溶液的溫度,不銹鋼槽與箱架之間墊有減振裝置。

3、箱體:面板上裝又電流表、電源開關(guān)、輸出插座、頻率相功串調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕;其后面裝有電源進線插座及保險管,超聲波清洗機的電源一定要安裝過流保護線路,保證使用性。
