98%的清洗效率是不同清洗方式中效率高的,磷酸溶液超聲波清洗主要作用機理是化學(xué)反應(yīng)加超聲剝離,其清洗液配方中緩蝕劑對磷酸于鋼絲反應(yīng)的抑制作用不但確保了良好的清洗效果,而且不會產(chǎn)生氫脆和過酸洗等清洗質(zhì)量問題。

磷酸是一種中強酸,揮發(fā)性極低,因而磷酸溶液超聲波清洗過程中沒有傳統(tǒng)酸洗方式伴隨的嚴重酸氣污染問題。目前清洗液中磷酸的回收利用率可達到85%以上,配置壓濾機后理論上僅清洗后的沖洗廢水需要處理(廢清洗液再生,壓濾后固體廢物排出存放、液體復(fù)用),排放廢水經(jīng)CaO中和后可達二級以上污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因而采用磷酸溶液超聲波清洗污染量很低。
